Tortilla wraps filled with turkey meat and lettuce These wraps are great as a quick snack for lunch or for parties, as they are easy to make and easy to eat. They are pretty healthy, since they are a good source of protein and carbs, while not containing a lot of fat. Most of the fat comes from the mayonnaise, which you can cut out by replacing it with something like cream, but the taste will be different. It also contains several minerals and is low in sugar. On the other hand, this food doesn't really contain any vitamins. You could change this by including some other vegetables in the wraps, like tomatoes. So overall, these wraps make a great, healthy meal that are easy to prepare and eat.
Ingredients:
5 tortillas, whole wheat
1 tblsp mayonnaise
10 oz turkey
5 leaves of romaine lettuce
Directions:
1. Open the can of turkey and drain
2. Empty the turkey meat into a bowl and crush the pieces of meat with a fork until there are no more big chunks left
3. Add the mayonnaise and mix it in with the turkey
4. Add any spices
5. Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them off
6. Lay out a tortilla, and lay a lettuce leave on top
7. Spread the turkey&mayonnaise on the tortilla and roll it up
