                    This is an easy, quick and healthy lunch idea. I saw a version of it in Men's Health magazine. I made a few changes. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 flour tortilla, wrap  |  
                                                2 tablespoons sour cream  |  
                                                2 tablespoons salsa  |  
                                                3 slices deli peppered turkey breast  |  
                                                1/8 cup colby-monterey jack cheese  |  
                                                1/4 cup spinach leaves  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Lay tortilla wrap flat. Spread sour cream and salsa. Add the rest of the ingredients. Fold the sides and roll into a wrap. Cut in half and enjoy.                              |
