So easy and delicious, I got the recipe from Slow Cooking magazine Ingredients:
1 (2 1/2 lb) boneless turkey breast, half skin removed |
1 (16 ounce) jar mild green chili salsa |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 medium potato, chopped about 3/4 cup |
4 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 cup chicken broth |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
6 (8 -10 inch) flour tortillas, warmed |
Directions:
1. Place turkey in 3 1/2 to 4-qt slow cooker. Mix salsa, onion, garlic, broth and cumin; Pour over turkey. 2. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours, or until center of turkey is no longer pink when cut. 3. Remove turkey from cooker, place on cutting board. 4. Cut turkey into slices, serve with sauce and tortillas. |
