good dish for leftover turkey with spaghetti and mushroom sauce Ingredients:
1/4 cup flour |
2 cups low sodium chicken broth |
2 cups turkey |
1 onion |
8 ounce mushrooms |
3/4 pound spaghetti |
1/4 cup almond |
1/2 cup peas |
8 tablespoon butter |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. sautee mushrooms and onions 2. use half of butter with flour to make paste over low flame, add broth til boil 3. cook spaghetti 4. add all ingrediants plus whatever herbs desired 5. cook in oven at 375 for 30 minutes |
