A nice way to use extra turkey if you have any left overs. Fast, easy and good. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons olive oil |
1 cup diced green pepper |
1 cup sliced celery |
1 cup diced green onion |
2 cups cooked diced turkey |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a medium skillet, add vegestables. Cook stiring over medium heat 5 minutesor until vegestables are tender but not mushy. Add turkey and soy sauce. Stir intil mixed and heated through. Serve over hot rice. |
