Turkey Subs With Salsas

These are very good deli style sandwiches with two different salsas to serve with them. Both salsas add alot of flavor to the sandwiches and are equally as good but very different.
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped roasted garlic
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
2 loaves french bread
12 leaves leaves lettuce
16 -20 slices smoked turkey (1 pound)
16 slices provolone cheese (8 oz.)
16 slices colby cheese (8 oz.)
16 slices crisply cooked bacon (8 oz.)
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups dark sweet fresh cherries, pitted and coarsely chopped
1 peach, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 tablespoons cherry preserves
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup pimento stuffed olive, chopped
1/2 cup pitted ripe olives, chopped
1 roma tomato, chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onions
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients for cherry salsa and olive and onion salsa in glass or plastic bowls; cover and refrigerate until serving.
2. Mix mayonnaise, garlic and parsley in small bowl.
3. Cut bread loaves horizontally in half.
4. Spread mayonnaise mixture on cut sides of loaves.
5. Layer lettuce , turkey, cheeses, bacon and cucumber on bottoms of loaves.
6. Top with tops of loaves.
7. Cut each loaf into 12 pieces.
8. Serve with salsas.
