Easy meal, quick to put on table. Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
3 1/2 cups water |
1 (1 1/2 ounce) package beef stroganoff sauce mix |
3 cups medium egg noodles (6 oz.) |
1/2 cup sour cream |
chopped parsley, if desired (optional) |
Directions:
1. In skillet, crumble ground turkey, sprinkle with pepper. 2. Cook over medium-high heat 5-6 minutes, stirring frequently, until turkey is no longer pink. 3. Stir in water, sauce mix and noodles. 4. Heat to boiling. 5. Stir, reduce heat to medium-low. 6. Cover, cook 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender. 7. Stir in sour cream. 8. Cook and stir just until thoroughly heated. 9. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. |
