1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli spears |
1 lb carrot, thinly sliced |
3 green onions, sliced |
3 tablespoons cornstarch |
1 (14 ounce) can bean sprouts, drained |
Directions:
1. Cut turkey into 2-inch strips. 2. In a wok, stir-fry turkey in bathes in oil for 5-7 minutes. 3. Set turkey aside. 4. Add rice, 3 1/2 cups broth, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and pepper to pan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is tender. 5. Cut broccoli in 3-inch pieces.
