1 lb turkey breast cutlets, sliced (2 inches) |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can tomatoes |
1/3 cup water |
3/4 cup sliced mushrooms |
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves |
2 small zucchini, cubed |
salt and pepper |
4 cups cooked pasta or 4 cups rice, warm |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except zucchini, salt, pepper and ziti, in slow cooker. 2. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, adding zucchini during last 30 minutes. 3. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve over pasta or rice. |
