Ingredients:
1/2 whole(s) onion thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon(s) minced garlic
1 tablespoon(s) worcestershire sauce
1 cup(s) spinach
1 dash(es) salt
2 dash(es) pepper
4 slice(s) sourdough 1/2 inch thich
2 tablespoon(s) light mayo
1 teaspoon(s) spicy brown/dijon mustard
1 whole(s) tomato sliced
2 ounce(s) colby & jack cheese shredded
5 slice(s) smoked turkey breast one serving
Directions:
1. First start off by sauteing the onion, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic in a skillet on medium high. Sprinkle desired salt and pepper to mixture. Once, the onion mixture is ready, toss in the spinach and cook for about a minute. While the onion mixture cooks, mix the mayo and mustard, then evenly spread on sourdough. Slice up tomato and place on sourdough. Sprinkle cheese all sides of sourdough, place turkey slices on bread. Finally, add the onion mixture to bread and grill on skillet until the cheese melts.
2. Note: you could also sprinkle the cheese on top of the onion mixture so it melts faster, once melted transfer to the sandwich and grill for a few seconds. (might be a little messy, but it worked out great for me)
