Spicy Ingredients:
1 lb whole wheat spaghetti |
1 onion, chopped |
2 garlic cloves, sliced thin |
1 lb. ground turkey |
1 salt |
1 pepper |
28 oz can diced tomatoes |
1 t. crushed red pepper |
1/4 cup parsley |
Directions:
1. Cook Spaghetti. In skillet saute onion and garlic until tender. Increase heat and add turkey seasoning and cook until done. Stir in tomatoes and red pepper, simmer about 15 min. Toss with spaghetti and 1/2 cup noodle water. Serve with cheese |
