Simple succulent delicious! Ingredients:
11 cups turkey broth |
8 tbsp whole wheat flour |
2 oz. turkey skin |
8 oz. turkey fat |
Directions:
1. Boil turkey neck, heart, liver, gizzard with dehydrated onions, garlic & seasoning for 2 hours. 2. Remove meat, cut up and return to pot or remove & eat. 3. Drain drippings from Roasting pan when Turkey is cooked. 4. Add flour. 5. Mix to remove lumps. 6. Bring to boil. 7. Simmer for 20 minutes until thick. |
