Sounds so yummy. I am going to try it and wanted to pass it on to all you recipe-teers so you could enjoy it too. Ingredients:
2 -3 teaspoons sage |
1 teaspoon brown sugar |
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 lb ground turkey breast |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine first six ingedients and add a pinch of allspice. 2. Add ground turkey to the bowl and mix until it's all combined. 3. Shape into 6 patties. 4. Lightly coat a skillet with nonstick coating spray. 5. Cook on both sides until the meat is no longer pink for about 15 - 20 minutes. |
