This is low fat for those of us who are trying to watch our weight. It's tasty but not too heavy. Weight Watchers points came out to 3 per serving Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey, lean |
1 lb turkey sausage |
2 cups oatmeal |
2 eggs, large |
1/2 cup onion, dried |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, low fat |
2 tablespoons tomato paste |
1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon oregano |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. 2. Makes 2 pans. |
