There are lots of turkey sausage recipes here on 'Zaar, I couldn't find any like this. This is the sausage recipe that I used to make when my daughter was little and had severe food allergies. The mixture needs to be refrigerated over night to blend the flavors. I still use it to this day. Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon ground sage |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon red pepper |
1 small onion, grated |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. 2. Refrigerate over night. 3. Shape into patties and fry until cooked through. |
