Ingredients:
2 ounces blue cheese (1/3 cup) at room temperature |
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened |
4 slices whole-wheat or multi-grain bread |
6 to 8 ounces sliced cooked turkey |
2/3 cup cranberry sauce |
3 ounces arugula (2 cups) |
