Jazz up your child's lunchbox after Thanksgiving with this yummy sandwich using leftover roast turkey. This they won't trade!! It belongs in your brown bag lunch as well - Serve with raw veggies - Ingredients:
2 slices skinless leftover turkey (white meat) |
2 tablespoons mayonnaise, dressing (low fat) |
4 slices multi-grain bread |
2 slices part-skin provolone cheese |
1/2 cup ripe avocado |
1 cup alfalfa sprout |
Directions:
1. Cut leftover turkey into pieces and toss with mayonnaise. On one slice of bread, layer cheese, sliced vocado, turkey mix, alfalfa sprouts and top with second slice of bread. |
