For after-holiday leftovers or anytime. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons maple-flavored barbecue sauce |
2 slices whole wheat bread or 2 slices multigrain bread |
2 slices turkey breast |
1 slice smoked gouda cheese |
4 very thin slices sweet onions |
Directions:
1. Spread barbecue sauce on one side of each bread slice. 2. On one slice, barbecue sauce-side up, layer turkey, cheese, and onions. 3. Top with second slice, sauce-side down. |
