Turkey Salad with Celery and Cranberry

Taken from Williams-Sonoma's Eat Well cookbook. I substituted Costco rotisserie chicken for turkey, plain Greek yogurt for plain low-fat yogurt and regular mayonnaise with olive oil mayonnaise.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups celery, finely chopped
2 cups turkey, roasted
1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
2 green onions, minced
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions:
1. Combine celery, turkey, parsley, green onions, cranberries, yogurt and mayonnaise in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Mix again and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes, or chill for at least 3 hours to blend flavors. Enjoy over butter lettuce or use as a sandwich spread.
