Delicious, nutritious snack from The South Beach Diet. Ham may be substituted for turkey. Cilantro Mayo may be used as a spread or dip. I like them all on their own. Ingredients:
4 slices deli turkey |
4 medium boston lettuce leaves |
4 scallions |
4 slices red bell peppers |
Directions:
1. Place 1 slice of turkey on a lettuce leaf. 2. Add 1 scallion and 1 pepper strip. 3. Fold into a tight, cigar-like roll. |
