Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) breadcrumbs |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon(s) italian seasoning |
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1/2 cup(s) ricotta cheese-part skim |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 pound(s) turkey-ground |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375*. Combine one pound ground turkey breast with above ingredients in a bowl, then shape mixture into about 18 meatballs. Heat a large nonstick stillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add meatballs, and brown on all sides. Remove from skillet; transfer to broiler pan coated with cooking spray, and bake for 15 minutes or until done. |
