MY DD has a buddy that hates bread, these are surprizingly easy and totatly yummy. They also fit a lo carb and lo fat diet. Ingredients:
8 slices turkey slices |
4 tablespoons whipped cream cheese |
2 dill pickles, whole |
Directions:
1. Cut pickle into quarters lengthwise. 2. Spread one piece of lunchmeat with 1/2 tablespoon cream cheese, add one pickle piece pickle and roll up, cut in half abd serve. |
