Turkey Pesto Grilled Cheese |

Had turkey left over and pesto sauce from another meal and came up with this... Ingredients:
8 slices whole grain bread (gluten free optional) |
2 turkey breast, cooked |
4 slices gouda cheese |
8 tablespoons pesto sauce |
2 tablespoons pine nuts |
10 slices sun-dried tomatoes (optional) |
Directions:
1. Preheat skillet over medium heat. 2. Spread the pesto on both slices of bread. Assemble the sliced turkey, smoked Gouda, toasted pine nuts, and sun-dried tomatoes on prepared bread. 3. Butter the bread and grill until lightly browned. Flip over and repeat on other side until cheese is melted. |
