1 (10-ounce) italian bread shell |
1/2 cup pizza sauce |
2 ounces turkey pepperoni |
1 medium-size sweet red or green pepper, seeded and cut into thin slices |
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Place bread shell on a baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce over shell; top with pepperoni and pepper slices. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. 2. Sprinkle cheese over pizza; bake 2 additional minutes or until cheese melts. Cut into wedges. |
