Turkey burger patties made with black beans and bran. Spaghetti suace and melted mozzarella on top! Yummy! Ingredients:
448 g extra lean ground turkey |
1 small onion |
2 eggs |
540 g black beans |
2 tbsp bran |
2 tbsp flour |
4 tbsp canola oil |
9 tbsp tomato sauce |
90 g mozzarella |
Directions:
1. Mix first 5 ingredients and season to your liking. 2. Dredge in flour and fry in canola oil. 3. Place on baking sheet and top with sauce and cheese. 4. Melt for 5 mins and serve with side dishes. |
