Turkey burger patties made with black beans and bran. Spaghetti suace and melted mozzarella on top! Yummy!
Ingredients:
448 g extra lean ground turkey
1 small onion
2 eggs
540 g black beans
2 tbsp bran
2 tbsp flour
4 tbsp canola oil
9 tbsp tomato sauce
90 g mozzarella
Directions:
1. Mix first 5 ingredients and season to your liking.
2. Dredge in flour and fry in canola oil.
3. Place on baking sheet and top with sauce and cheese.
4. Melt for 5 mins and serve with side dishes.
