Turkey Pasta, better than this is lean turkey and low sodium soups are used. Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey |
12 oz egg noodles |
1 cup mushrooms |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1/3 cup kalamata olives |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup jalapeno |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1/2 cup dry white wine |
1 teaspoon italian seasoning |
1 clove garlic |
1 bell pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown and drain lean ground turkey. 2. Cook pasta as directed, drain and add to browned turkey in skillet with italian seasoning. 3. Add mushrooms, olives, garlic, pepper, jalapeno, soup and wine. 4. Simmer together for 30 minutes. 5. Add onion and bell pepper at the end for extra crispness if desired. 6. Serve |
