Easy, tasty and low calorie meatloaf. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground turkey |
2 tablespoons tomato ketchup |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded |
1/2 cup breadcrumbs |
1 egg, beaten |
1 onion, finely chopped |
1/2 cup nonfat milk |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Soften onion in small skillet. 3. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. 4. Coat loaf tin with cooking spray. 5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until brown on top. |
