1/2 pound turkey cutlets |
1/4 cup classic italian-seasoned coating mix for chicken |
cooking spray |
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil |
1/2 cup tomato-basil pasta sauce |
1/4 cup shredded fresh parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Place cutlets between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap, and flatten to 1/8-inch thickness, using a meat mallet or rolling pin. Coat both sides of cutlets with coating mix. 2. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add olive oil. Place over medium-high heat until hot. Add cutlets; cook 2 minutes on each side. 3. Place sauce in a microwave-safe dish; microwave at HIGH 1 minute or until heated. Spoon over cutlets; sprinkle with cheese. |
