1 whole wheat french bread |
thinly sliced tomato |
2 ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced |
deli turkey |
sliced avocado |
sliced lettuce or baby spinach |
Directions:
1. One: Split open French bread sections and layer each bottom half with tomatoes, cheese, and turkey. Toast sandwich on a grill such as George Foreman. Grill until lightly brown, about 6 minutes. 2. Two: Remove sandwich and add Avocado and lettuce or baby spinach. |
