Ingredients:
4 cups wide egg noodles
15 oz canned turkey
2 stalks celery, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
15 oz red kidney beans
15 oz diced tomatoes
6 oz canned mushrooms
15 oz canned mushroom soup
4 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp cayenne
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
Directions:
1. Saute celery, onion, bell pepper. Cook noodles to instructions. Drain mushrooms and turkey. Mix soup, tomatoes and vegetables and seasonings. Layer turkey, noodles, beans and pour liquid mixture over top. Put on shredded cheese and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
