Hotdish, casserole Ingredients:
4 cups wide egg noodles |
15 oz canned turkey |
2 stalks celery, diced |
1 bell pepper, diced |
15 oz red kidney beans |
15 oz diced tomatoes |
6 oz canned mushrooms |
15 oz canned mushroom soup |
4 tbsp olive oil |
1 medium onion, diced |
4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded |
4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1 tsp onion powder |
1 tsp paprika |
1/8 tsp cayenne |
1 tsp thyme |
1 tsp black pepper |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 tsp oregano |
Directions:
1. Saute celery, onion, bell pepper. Cook noodles to instructions. Drain mushrooms and turkey. Mix soup, tomatoes and vegetables and seasonings. Layer turkey, noodles, beans and pour liquid mixture over top. Put on shredded cheese and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. |
