Turkey Meatloaf With Spinach and Bacon |

Oh My Gosh! This is one of the best turkey meat loaf I have ever had! My son Nick LOVE S this meatloaf. Remember, Don't let your Meat Loaf Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs ground turkey |
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach |
1/3 cup chili sauce |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
1 egg |
1 garlic clove |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
4 slices bacon |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Squeeze out excess water out of spinach. 3. Use a large egg. 4. Mince Garlic. 5. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except bacon. Shape into a loaf and place in a shallow baking dish. 6. Arrange bacon across top. 7. Bake 1 1/4 hours or until a meat thermometer registers 160. |
