Very easy to make. The abc soup in this recipe makes the meatloaf very moist. Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey |
1 egg |
1/4 cup milk |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can abc vegetable soup |
1/2 cup breadcrumbs |
garlic powder |
seasoning salt |
worcestershire sauce |
mustard |
ketchup |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together, except mustard and ketchup. 2. Form into a loaf in a 13x9 dish. 3. In a separate bowl, mix mustard and ketchup together. 4. Cover the meatloaf with the mustard/ketchup mix. 5. Cook uncovered for 1 hour 350 degrees. |
