A delicious and healthy meatloaf that will please even the most picky eaters Ingredients:
1 1/3 lbs ground turkey |
1 egg |
1/2-3/4 cup breadcrumbs |
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1 tablespoon italian seasoning |
1 tablespoon black pepper |
1 teaspoon dried parsley |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/2 medium onion, diced |
1/4 cup ketchup |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1/4 cup ketchup |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon a-1 steak sauce |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, herbs, garlic, onion, ketchup, Worcestershire. Mix well. If the meat seems too moist, add additional bread crumbs until it is a consistency that will form a loaf without flattening. 3. In a small bowl, combine the ketchup and other sauces to form the glaze. 4. Spray a large baking or roasting pan with a non-stick spray and press the meatloaf out forming a loaf which is oblong. Spread the glaze over the meatloaf evenly. 5. Bake the meatloaf for 35 to 45 minutes. |
