for spaghetti Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground turkey |
2 tbsp skim milk |
1 egg |
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce |
1/4 cup onion, diced |
1/4 cup bread crumbs |
1/2 tbsp. parmesan cheese |
1 tsp. garlic, minced |
1/2 tsp. dried oregano |
3/4 tsp. salt |
1/8 tsp. pepper |
1 tbsp olive oil |
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients but the olive oil. Roll into 12 balls. 2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs until browned, about 20 minutes. Drain excess fat. Serve with spaghetti. |
