I found this recipe on Obesity Help. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
16 ounces white ground turkey (1 package) |
1 cup of chopped fresh mushrooms |
1 cup chopped fresh spinach |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon tony's seasoning |
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic |
1 1/2 teaspoons oregano |
2 eggs |
1/4 cup old fashioned oats |
1/4 parmesan cheese, plus some for garnish |
pasta sauce |
Directions:
1. Preheat to 400. 2. Mix all ingredients together and form into 2 inch balls. They will shrink down some. Cook for about 30-45 minutes. 3. After cooked serve with maraina sauce and parmesan cheese. |
