This is quick, full of flavor and very soothing! Ingredients:
1/4 cup chopped onion |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 egg, beaten |
1/2 cup breadcrumbs |
2 tablespoons parsley |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 lb ground turkey |
2 (11 ounce) cans chicken broth |
1 celery rib, sliced |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
1 cup egg noodles |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients for meaballs, shape into balls and bake 10-15 min at 400 degrees. 2. Bring both to a boil. 3. Add vegetables and simmer 10 min. 4. Add meatballs and simmer 10 min. 5. Add noodles and simmer 10 min. |
