Need ideas of what to do with ALL that left over turkey? Burned out on turkey sandwhiches??? Well I got any ideas for you! Ingredients:
1 -2 lb of left over cooked turkey |
1 (8 ounce) package soft cream cheese |
1 (2 ounce) can green chilies |
2 (8 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup or 2 (8 ounce) cans mushroom soup |
4 cups monterey jack cheese or 4 cups monterey jack pepper cheese |
1 (10 ounce) package of large shell pasta or 1 large tubed pasta |
Directions:
1. You can use a mix of white and dark meat 2. Chop the turkey so it becomes a ground/crumble mix. I found using the food processor helps. 3. Mix ground turkey with the softend cream cheese and add the can of chillies. For a POP you can add a lil bit of shredded cheese too. 4. Stuff the mixture into shells/mannicotti. 5. Pour soup mix over the top, and then the cheese. 6. Cover with foil bake at 350 for 1 hour. take foil off last ten minutes 7. Serve with texas toast and salad. |
