1 lb ground turkey |
1 cup cracker crumb |
1 egg |
1/2 teaspoon onion powder |
salt and pepper |
1 tablespoon thousand island dressing |
1/4 cup tomato ketchup |
2 tablespoons thousand island dressing |
1/2 cup salsa |
Directions:
1. Mix loaf ingredients with your hands. 2. Press into a greased loaf pan. 3. Cover w/ topping. 4. Bake 350 degrees F 45 minutes. |
