From Betty Crocker. Ingredients:
4 (6 inch) pita breads |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint (or 1/2 t. dried mint leaves) |
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese |
1/2 lb sliced cooked turkey breast, cut into strips |
1/2 cup chopped cucumber |
1/2 cup chopped tomato |
1 cup crumbled feta |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°; put the pita breads on an ungreased baking sheet. 2. Mix together the sour cream and mint; spread evenly over pitas. 3. Sprinkle each pita with 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese. 4. Top with turkey, cucumber, tomtao, and feta cheese; may sprinkle with a little salt and pepper, if desires. 5. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella. 6. Bake for 10 minutes or until pizzas are hot and cheese is melted. |
