Basic turkey gravy Ingredients:
8 tablespoons flour, heaping |
6 tablespoons turkey drippings |
2 chicken bouillon cubes |
1 1/2 cups water |
3 cups milk |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Blend flour into drippings. 2. Slowly stir in chicken bouillon, water and milk. 3. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. 4. Season to taste with salt and pepper. |
