A spicy and filling meal using turkey breast to reduce calories. Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey breast |
1 small onion, chopped |
1 green pepper, chopped |
1 tsp pepper |
1/2 tsp garlic powder |
1 tsp salt |
3/4 tsp chili powder |
16 ounce tomato sauce |
2 cups macaroni |
2 cups water |
1 can tomato paste |
Directions:
1. Brown ground turkey breast. 2. Add onion and green pepper and fry until tender. 3. Add remaining ingredients. 4. Cover and reduce heat. 5. Simmer 15-20 minutes until macaroni is tender. |
