From Southern Living. Easy way to use up turkey left-overs. Ingredients:
4 cups chopped cooked turkey |
1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained |
1 cup green seedless grape, halved |
1 cup chopped red apple |
1 cup chopped walnuts |
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients; season with salt if desired. 2. Cover and chill 3-4 hours. |
