A healthy alternative to taco salad. Ingredients:
20 oz (foster farms) ground turkey breast |
4 oz (el pato) tomato sauce |
1 tablespoon garlic powder |
1/8 tsp basil |
1/2 tsp onion powder |
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper |
1 tsp chili powder |
1/8 tsp salt |
8 cups lettuce, iceberg |
8 tablespoons (kraft) ranch dressing |
1 cup salsa |
1 cup raw onion |
1 cup raw green pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown turkey 2. Add tomato sauce and spices 3. serve over lettuce 4. Top with onion and peppers 5. Add salsa and dressing |
