prep: 20 minutes. Bake: 30 minutes. Ingredients:
2 c diced cooked chicken or turkey |
10 3/4 oz cream of chicken soup |
3/4 c celery, chopped |
3/4 c light mayonnaise |
1/2 c slivered almonds, toasted |
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped |
2 oz diced pimiento, drained |
2 tbsp onion, chopped |
1 1/2 c chow mein noodles, slightly crushed |
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine turkey or chicken, cream of chicken soup, celery, mayo, almonds, eggs, pimiento, and onion. Transfer to a 2-quart rectangular baking dish. Sprinkle w/ chow mein noodles. 2. Bake in a 350 oven for abt 30 min or till heated through. |
