chilli Ingredients:
900 g ground turkey meat |
1 1/2 cups chopped onion |
1 cup chopped green pepper |
3 cloves garlic |
56 oz tomatoes, chopped, with juice |
2 cups water |
6 oz. tomato paste |
8 teaspoons beef bouillon |
2 tablespoons chili powder |
1 tablespoon ground cumin |
2 teaspoons dried oregano |
2 teaspoons sugar |
1/2 cup dried lentils |
28 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed |
Directions:
1. In large kettle, brown turkey and pour off fat. 2. Add onion, green pepper, and garlic. Cook and stir until tender. 3. Add remaining ingredients. Cover. Bring to boil. 4. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. |
