Second recipe. This one has chili beans and onions Ingredients:
1 tbsp canola oil |
112 grams turkey,ground |
1 large onion, chopped |
411 grams tomatoes, chopped |
454 grams pinto beans |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. Place large skillet on medium heat 2. Add 1 table spoon canola oil to pan 3. Add about 1 pound ground turkey 4. Brown turkey, stirring now and then 5. Reduce heat to low or med-low 6. Add 1 large onion, chopped, stir in 7. Add 1 can chili tomatoes (14.5 oz) 8. Add 1 can chili beans (16 oz) 9. Add 1 cup water 10. Mix well and cover for 15 minutes 11. Remove from heat and mix 12. Serve of store for later |
