Turkey Chili Ingredients:
1 lb. ground turkey |
1 cup chopped green bell pepper |
1 cup chopped onion |
2 tbsp. chili powder |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper |
2 (16 oz.) cans no-salt added stewed tomatoes or no-salt added diced tomatoes |
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained |
crackers, any variety |
Directions:
1. cook and stir turkey, green pepper, onion, chili powder, garlic and red pepper in large saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender and turkey is no longer pink. 2. Add tomatoes and kidney beans, heat to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer for 20 minutes. 3. Serve chili with crackers. |
