my traditional chili recipe made with ground turkey instead of ground beef to save some calories & fat content.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
3/4 c taco seasoning mix
3 c salsa
4 c chili beans
2 c corn
1 c water
Directions:
1. Brown ground turkey. Add taco seasoning and 1c water and simmer 5-10 minutes. Add salsa (I use generic), beans and fiesta corn (I use Del Monte) to the mix. Simmer until the mixture is well blended and serve hot. (with shredded cheese if you want to splurge!)
