Hearty low-cal chili con carne made with 99% fat-free ground turkey and black beans. Ingredients:
20 oz. turkey, ground, 99% fat-free jennie-o |
35 oz. tomatoes, crushed |
15 1/2 oz. beans, black |
1 onion, chopped |
1 clove garlic, chopped |
2 tsp. salt |
1 tsp. ground pepper |
1 tbsp. cumin |
4 tbsp. chili powder |
Directions:
1. Brown turkey in non-stick pot. Add chopped onion and garlic. Cover and cook until onions are translucent. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes. |
