1/4 medium onion, diced finely |
1 green pepper, diced finely |
1 tsp garlic |
1 lb ground turkey |
2 tbsp chili powder |
32 oz dark kidney beans |
14 1/2 oz diced canned tomatoes |
8 oz tomato paste |
1 tsp salt |
1 tsp sugar |
1/2 tsp pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown the ground turkey with the onions and the green pepper. 2. Drain the fat from the turkey and vegetable mixture. 3. Add the remaining ingredients and let simmer over a low flame for 30 minutes. |
